said, he rose to ask the Chief Secretary for Ireland, Whether he intends to introduce a measure during the present Session of Parliament to carry out the recommendations of the Commission upon the Irish Constabulary?

said, in reply, that notice had already been given of a Bill for that purpose, and the Secretary to the Treasury would ask leave to introduce it that night.
