THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERI will move on Thursday next that the House resolve itself into Committee to consider a humble Address to be presented to Her Majesty, praying that Her Majesty will give directions that a Monument be erected in the Collegiate Church of St. Peter, Westminster, to the memory of the late Right honourable Viscount Palmerston, with an inscription expressive of the public admiration and attachment, and of the heavy loss which the country has sustained by his death. I will also move that in the Address we assure Her Majesty that the House will make good the expenses attending the same.
