moved, that leave be given to bring in a Bill to enable Owners and Occupiers of property in certain districts to prevent the common sale of Intoxicating Liquors within such district.

MR. H. A. BRUCE

The Government does not object to the introduction of the Bill; but in taking that course they do not pledge themselves to assent to its further progress.

Motion made, and Question put, That the Chairman be directed to move the House, That leave be given to bring in a Bill to enable owners and occupiers of property in certain districts to prevent the common sale of Intoxicating Liquors within such districts."—(Mr. Lawton.)
