MR. LIDDELL,

who had given notice of Motion, condemning further inter- ference with the civil war in China, said he felt obliged to postpone it in consequence of the non-production of the Chinese papers. As he could not find an open day before the Recess, it was his intention to bring the subject forward at the earliest possible opportunity after Easter.
