§ MR. FERRANDsaid, he wished to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether it is intended to include Paper Tube Manufactories in the Factory Acts Extension Bill; if not, whether he will direct the Commissioners to inquire into the Working of the Children in these Factories?
§ SIR GEORGE GREYsaid, in reply, that paper tube manufactories were not included in the Bill referred to, because they had not yet been reported upon by the Commissioners; but he was told the Commissioners expected to include them in their next Report.
