HC Deb 28 April 1864 vol 174 c1773
MR. DILLWYN

said, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, When the Patent Law Commission will make their Report?

LORD STANLEY

said, as he was Chairman of the Commission, he would answer the Question. He hoped to have the Report ready about Whitsuntide. It would have been ready before now, but it had been delayed through the necessity of sending communications to the Chambers of Commerce and other public bodies who had to make their Returns, some of which had not yet been received.
