§ SIR EDWARD DER1NGsaid, he would beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade, When the Accounts for Ramsgate Harbour for the year 1862 will be presented to Parliament; and whether any, and if any what steps have been taken by the Government with a view to the revision of the Tariff of Dues now levied for Ramsgate Harbour.
§ MR. MILNER GIBSONsaid, the accounts for 1862 were ready, and would be almost immediately laid on the table. No attempt had been made to revise the tariff, as there had not yet been sufficient experience with regard to its working.
