§ Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the payment to the Governor and Company of the Bank of England, out of the Revenues of India, of such remuneration as may be agreed upon between the Secretary of State for India in Council and the said Governor and Company, on account of the additional trouble, expense, and responsibility, if any, imposed on the said Governor and Company by any Act of the present Session for giving further facilities to the holders of India Stock.
