§ MR. CHICHESTER FORTESCUEsaid, that if the hon. Gentleman would address a letter to the Colonial Office, specifying the information he required, the noble Duke at the head of that Department would direct the Emigration Commissioners to furnish it, and it could then he laid upon the table of the House.
