§ SIR JOHN HAYsaid, he wished the Secretary to the Admiralty to state the course intended to be pursued by the Board of Admiralty to carry out the recommendations of the Royal Commission appointed to inquire into the management of Greenwich Hospital.
§ LORD CLARENCE PAGETsaid, if the hon. Member wished to ascertain whether the Government had any intention of bringing in the same Bill this year which 1419 they brought in last year, he might say that they had no intention to do so; for last year both Houses of Parliament received that measure rather unfavourably.
