MR. CAVENDISH BENTINCK

said, in consequence of an apparent discrepancy in the statements of the noble Lord and the Under Secretary for Foreign Affairs, he wished to ask the First Lord of the Treasury, Whether the Correspondence between the Governments of Russia, France, and Italy, relative to the recognition of the Kingdom of Italy by Russia, has been communicated to Her Majesty's Government; and if so, whether there is any objection to such Correspondence being laid upon the table?
