Clause 1 (Duty payable on Proceedings),

Amendment proposed, In page 1, line 11, to leave out the words 'the passing of this Act,' and insert the words 'such date as the Judges of the said Court may, with the sanction of the Commissioners of the Treasury, by general order appoint.

Question put, "That the words proposed to be left out stand part of the Clause."
