Friend the Home Secretary had had his attention directed to the subject, and he (Mr. Clive) believed it was under consideration at present with a view to some steps being taken with regard to the matter. What those steps were he could not say; but he would request the hon. Member to repeat his Question to-morrow, when the Home Secretary would be in the House.
