Member, relative to the establishing 95 of Inland Bonding Warehouses in the large manufacturing and commercial towns of England I have to state that the question had for some time been under the consideration of the Government, subject to its being referred to the Board of Customs, who have sent in a Report within the last day or two, but which I have not yet had time to read.
