SIR EDWARD BULWER LYTTONsaid, he had taken some pains to urge on the printing of those Returns, but they did not belong entirely to his department; some part, relating to the expenses of the Engineer's staff, belonged to the War Department, and that connected with naval matters to the Admiralty. When these should be received the whole would be ready, but he was afraid it would not be for a week or ten days.
