MR. KIRK

said, he wished to ask Mr. Attorney General for Ireland, Whether it is his intention to bring in a Bill for the amendment of the law of Landlord and Tenant in Ireland; and, if so, about what time he will be prepared to lay it on the table of the House.

MR. WHITESIDE

said, that pursuant to instructions he had received, he had prepared a measure for the amendment of the law regarding Landlord and Tenant in Ireland. Whenever the Bills relating to Ireland, then upon the table of the House, were disposed of he should be ready to introduce such measure to their consideration.
