HC Deb 16 February 1858 vol 148 cc1551-2
VISCOUNT PALMERSTON

said, that as the hon. and learned Member for Sheffield had, considering the importance of the debate on this subject, been kind enough to say he would give way on Thursday next, in order to allow it to be then brought on, he hoped that other hon. Members who had Motions on the paper for the same day would be induced to follow his example. He therefore fixed the resumption of the adjourned debate for Thursday.

House adjourned at One o'clock.
