WARRENsaid, that the hour (on o'clock) was too late to warrant him in moving the second reading of this Bill and, as he should be compelled to leave town next week, he must be content to give up the hope of seeing his Bill become 510 law this Session. He should, however, reintroduce the Bill at the commencement of next Session.
