THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERSir, I have communicated with the Commissioners of the Inland Revenue, and find that the reason for the drawback on the Jacquard Loom Cards does not apply to the paper used in the Pottery Manufacture. I cannot, therefore, recommend a drawback upon it.
