§ MR. T. DUNCOMBEsaid, he wished to ask the Vice President of the Board of Health when the Committee on Vaccination, agreed to by the Government during the last Session, was to be appointed?
MR. COWPERsaid, he proposed to introduce during the present Session, a Bill somewhat similar to that which he had brought forward last year, and that Bill would be referred to a Select Committee, with the understanding that the Committee should inquire fully into the working and the results of the present law.
§ MR. T. DUNCOMBEsaid, he should be glad to know when it was likely that the Bill would be introduced?
MR. COWPERreplied, that he could not answer the question at that moment, in consequence of the absence from town of his right hon. Friend (Mr. Monsell) the President of the Board of Health.
§ MR. BRADYsaid, he had a question upon the same subject on the notice paper, but he would not put that question after the statement that had just been made by the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Hertford; but he wished to state that in his opinion it was absolutely necessary that some measure should be introduced in reference to that matter.
