appeared at the bar of the House and reported that the Select Committee appointed to try and determine the merits of the petition complaining of an undue election for the County of Waterford had determined that John Esmonde, Esq. is duly elected to serve in the present Parliament for the County of Waterford, and that the said Committee had struck off the names of three persons from the poll as not being qualified to vote.
