MR. MILNES GASKELL

appeared at the bar and reported that the Peterborough Election Committee had determined— That George Hammond Whalley, Esq., is not duly elected a citizen to serve in this present Parliament for the city of Peterborough. That Thomas Hankey, jun., Esq., is duly elected, and ought to have been returned a citizen to serve in this present Parliament for the city of Peterborough.
