MR. MILESappeared at the Bar with the Report of the Select Committee appointed to inquire into the matter of a petition complaining of an undue election for the Borough of Dartmouth. The Committee had determined, That Sir Thomas Herbert is duly elected a Burgess to serve in this present Parliament for the Borough of Dartmouth.
