By Admiral Dundas, from Greenwich, and other places, praying that a Bill may be passed compensating the Proprietors of Lands for the Purchase of Sites for Free Churches (Scotland).—From William James Chapman, Esq., Chairman of the South Western Steam Packet Company, on behalf of the said Company, praying that all Expenses for the Erection and Maintenance of Lighthouses, Floating Buoys, and Beacons on the Coasts of the United Kingdom, should be henceforth defrayed out of the Public Revenue.—By Mr. O'Connell, from People of England, Scotland, and Wales, and of the Irish resident in England, against the Protection of Life (Ireland) Bill.
