The House met this day at twelve o'clock, and devoted the morning to consider the Commons' Enclosure Bill in Committee; which, with some conversational discussion on the separate clauses, was carried through as far as the 70th Clause, when it being four o'clock, the House resumed, and the Committee was ordered to sit again.

The House adjourned till five o'clock, and then met again.
