HC Deb 04 April 1845 vol 79 cc171-2
Sir G. Grey

wished to ask the right hon. Secretary for the Home Department a question respecting a Bill on the subject of Charitable Trusts. At the commencement of the Session, in answer to a question put by him, the right hon. Gentleman stated that it was the intention of the Lord Chancellor to introduce a measure on the subject, without delay, into the other House. Two months of the Session had now elapsed, and no Bill on the subject had been introduced; he therefore wished to know when this Bill would be introduced?

Sir James Graham

replied, that he had seen the draft of the proposed Bill, and he hoped that it would be shortly produced.
