was proceeding, when the Usher of the Black Rod summoned the House to the Peers. The Speaker immediately left the Chair, and was followed to the House of Lords by all the Members present, when a Speech of the Lords Commissioners was delivered to both Houses by the LORD CHANCELLOR: after which a Commission was read for proroguing the Parliament until Thursday the 10th day of October next; and the Parliament was prorogued accordingly.
