§ Mr. Pakingtonsaid, that he was desired by the Select Committee upon the Athlone Election to report that Mr. Collett had been found by it to be duly elected. He would move that the minutes of the proceedings before the Committee on the Athlone Election should be laid upon the Table of the House on the 20th inst.; and that the order for the attendance or Mark Spring before the Committee be ready to be discharged.
