§ Mr. Freshfieldrose to move, pursuant to his notice, for a "Return of the number of days the Court of Exchequer, as a Court of Equity, sat for the despatch of business for ten years, ending 1838 inclusive, showing the number of days the Court sat in each term and at the sittings after each term," and was proceeding to state to the House the grounds of the motion, when the House was counted out.
