A conference was held with the Lords on the subject of Canada.

On the return of the managers,

Lord John Russell

reported, that the Duke of Richmond, had informed the Commons that the Lords had taken into consideration the resolutions of the House of Commons respecting Canada, and had agreed to them without amendment. He would therefore, move that a Bill be ordered to be brought in founded on these resolutions. Bill ordered to be brought in.
