Petitions presented. By Sir WILLIAM FOLKES, from R. Deering, against any Alteration in the Corn Laws.—By Mr. E. BULLER, from Swineston, Stafford, for an Alteration in the Tithe Laws; and by Mr. TOOKE, from the Clerks of the Court of Requests at Westminster, praying that the Return made from their Office of July 12th, which had been falsified by a Clerk since dead, might be withdrawn, and a New and Corrected one might be substituted.
