HC Deb 14 February 1831 vol 2 c541

In answer to a question from Mr. G. Robinson, Viscount Palmerston said, that the King of the Netherlands had given a decision upon the point at issue between England and the United States of America, and that decision was now on its way to the President of the United States. He did not know that it was proposed by his Majesty's Ministers to lay that decision before the House. If any hon. Member had a motion to make on the subject, it was competent to him to do so.

The Report was brought up, and Resolutions agreed to.
