On the Motion of Mr. RUTHVEN, of the different persons appointed to situations in the Excise and Customs, during the last year, specifying their offices, Salaries, and Emoluments; and also, a return of such persons as have been nominated as Expectants, or to receive instructions to qualify them for Officers in their respective Departments; and for an account of all Officers in the same Departments, who have been Superannuated, and were now receiving Pensions or Retired Allowances, specifying the dates, amounts, and services of each individual.
