Definition

• Established under the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007. Main function is to hear appeals against decisions of the Government where the Tribunal has been given jurisdiction. It is intended that it will eventually exercise the jurisdictions exercised by most of the tribunals administered by central government.
