Definition
- Formal or informal group of job seekers aiming to assist with a job hunt and to give and get job search support and advice. A formal job club may be moderated by a career counsellor or other career expert and may be sponsored by a local authority. Informal job clubs are made up of job seekers who provide assistance and support to each other.
