Definition

• Previously called the Central Rail Users Consultative Committee. Renamed under the Transport Act 2000. Coordinates the work of the eight regional passengers committees. Under the Railways Act 2004/05, the central Council and the eight regional Committees were subsumed under one body with the operating name Passenger Focus.
