Proposed that body be reconstituted and also take over functions of Family Health Services Appeal Authority (Special Health Authority) - CH 424 c73-7WS, 22.07.04. Took over the functions of the former Special Health Authority, the Family Health Services Appeal Authority (from April 2005), and the provision of advice about and assistance with litigation on equal pay claims (from August 2005).
