A motion may be moved by a member of the House of Commons Commission to implement a sanction in respect of an individual ICGS case determined by a sub-panel of the Independent Expert Panel. |

A motion under paragraph (1) of this Order includes a motion to implement a sanction recommended by the Committee on Standards under Standing Order No. 150E (IEP recommendations for sanctions and the Recall of MPs Act 2015), or a motion to implement both such a sanction and a sanction determined by a sub-panel of the IEP. |

The Speaker shall put the questions necessary to dispose of proceedings on a motion under paragraph (1) of this order forthwith. |

(4) |
Business under this order may be proceeded with until any hour, though opposed. |

(5) |
No member shall be eligible to participate in any division on such a motion where it relates to their own conduct. |
