(1) A motion may be moved by a member of the House of Commons Commission to implement a sanction in respect of an individual ICGS case determined by a sub-panel of the Independent Expert Panel. (2) A motion under paragraph (1) of this Order includes a motion to implement a sanction recommended by the Committee on Standards under Standing Order No. 150E (IEP recommendations for sanctions and the Recall of MPs Act 2015), or a motion to implement both such a sanction and a sanction determined by a sub-panel of the IEP. (3) The Speaker shall put the questions necessary to dispose of proceedings on a motion under paragraph (1) of this order forthwith. (4) Business under this order may be proceeded with until any hour, though opposed. (5) No member shall be eligible to participate in any division on such a motion where it relates to their own conduct. |
