(1) A bill certified by the Speaker under Standing Order No. 83J as relating exclusively to England and being within devolved legislative competence may only be committed to- (2) (a) a public bill committee (to which Standing Order No. 86(2)(iv) (Nomination of general committees) applies), or (3) (b) the Legislative Grand Committee (England). (4) A bill whose current certification by the Speaker (whether under Standing Order No. 83J or 83L) is that it relates exclusively to England and is within devolved legislative competence may only be recommitted to- (5) (a) a public bill committee (to which Standing Order No. 86(2)(iv) (Nomination of general committees) applies), or (6) (b) the Legislative Grand Committee (England). |
