(1) There shall be a select committee to examine the arrangements made for the compilation, maintenance and accessibility of the Register of Members' Interests; to consider any proposals made by Members or others as to the form and contents of the Register; to consider any specific complaints made in relation to the registering or declaring of interests; to consider what classes of person (if any) other than Members ought to be required to register; and to make recommendations upon these and other matters which are relevant.

(2) The committee shall consist of thirteen Members.

(3) The committee shall have power to send for persons, papers and records; to sit notwithstanding any adjournment of the House; and to report from time to time.

(4) The quorum of the committee shall be five.

(5) Unless the House otherwise orders, each Member nominated to the committee shall continue to be a member of it for the remainder of the Parliament.
