When a Minister of the Crown in Committee of Ways and Means has made the first of several motions upon which a bill is to be founded for imposing, renewing, varying or repealing any charge upon the people, the chairman shall forthwith put the question thereupon and shall then successively put forthwith the question on each further motion made by the Minister, save the last motion. |

On consideration of a resolution reported from the Committee of Ways and Means for imposing, renewing, varying or repealing a charge upon the people, the question ' That this House doth agree with the committee in the said resolution ' shall be put forthwith. |
