2022 — 30th November 158 Presentation of command papers

(1) If, during the existence of a Parliament, papers are commanded by Her Majesty to be presented to this House at any time, the delivery of such papers to the Votes and Proceedings Office shall be deemed to be for all purposes the presentation of them to this House.

(1) That if during the existence of a Parliament Papers are commanded to be presented to this House by Her Majesty at any time, the delivery of such Papers to the Librarian of the House of Commons shall be deemed to be for all purposes the presentation of them to this House.
