1901 — 7th March 50 Report of Bills referred to Standing Committees

(1) That all Bills which shall have been committed to one of the said Standing Committees shall, when reported to The House, be proceeded with, as if they had been reported from a Committee of the whole House: Provided, That the provisions of the Standing Order "Consideration of a Bill, as amended" shall not apply to a Bill reported to The House by a Standing Committee.

1902 — 2nd May 50 Report of Bills referred to Standing Committees

(1) That all Bills which shall have been committed to one of the said Standing Committees shall, when reported to The House, be proceeded with, as if they had been reported from a Committee of the whole House: Provided only, that all Bills reported from a Standing Committee, whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House without question put, unless the Member in charge thereof desire to postpone its consideration or a motion be made to re-commit the Bill.

(1) Bills which have been committed to a standing committee shall, when reported to the House, be proceeded with as if they had been reported from a committee of the whole House: Provided that all bills reported from a standing committee, whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House.

1982 — 21st December 52 Report of bills committed to standing committees

(1) Save as provided in Standing Order No. 73 (Consideration on report of certain bills by a standing committee) every bill committed to and reported from a standing committee, whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House, and the provisions of Standing Order No. 51 (Consideration of bill as amended in committee of whole House) shall apply to such consideration.

1986 — 25th March 54 Report of bills committed to standing committees

(1) Save as provided in Standing Order No. 78 (Consideration on report of certain bills by a standing committee) every bill committed to and reported from a standing committee, whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House, and the provisions of Standing Order No. 53 (Consideration of bill as amended in committee of whole House) shall apply to such consideration.

1997 — 19th March 71 Report of bills committed to standing committees

(1) Save as provided in Standing Order No. 92 (Consideration on report of certain bills by a standing committee) every bill committed to and reported from a standing committee, whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House, and the provisions of Standing Order No. 70 (Consideration of bill as amended in committee of whole House) shall apply to such consideration.

2006 — 27th June 73 Report of bills committed to standing committees

(1) Save as provided in Standing Order No. 92 (Consideration on report of certain bills by a standing committee) every bill committed to and reported from a standing committee, whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House, and the provisions of Standing Order No. 72 (Consideration of bill as amended in committee of whole House) shall apply to such consideration.

2015 — 3rd June 73 Report of bills committed to public bill committees

(1) Save as provided in Standing Order No. 92 (Consideration on report of certain bills by a general committee) every bill committed to and reported from a public bill committee, whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House, and the provisions of Standing Order No. 72 (Consideration of bill as amended in committee of whole House) shall apply to such consideration.

2021 — 20th May 73 Report of bills committed to public bill committees

(1) Save as provided in Standing Order No. 92 (Consideration on report of certain bills by a general committee) every bill committed to and reported from a public bill committee or the Legislative Grand Committee (England), whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House, and the provisions of Standing Order No. 72 (Consideration of bill as amended in committee of whole House) shall apply to such consideration.
