1994 — 9th March	Whenever any bill, estimate or matter has been referred to the Scottish Grand Committee, a motion may be made by a Minister of the Crown that, in the course of its consideration thereof, the Committee may meet in Edinburgh on any specified Monday at half-past ten o'clock, and the question on that motion shall be put forthwith; and if, on the question being put, not fewer than twenty Members rise in their places and signify their objection, Mr. Speaker shall declare that the noes have it: Provided that nothing in this order shall prevent the committee from considering the same bill, estimate or matter on other days at Westminster.
