| 1902 — 2nd May | That so soon as the Voices have been taken, the Clerk shall turn a two-minute Sand-Glass, to be kept on the Table for that purpose, and the Doors shall not be closed until after the lapse of Two Minutes, as indicated by such Sand-Glass. |
