1855 — 20th July That on a Clause being offered in the Committee on the Bill, or on the consideration of Report or Third Reading of a Bill, Mr. Speaker or the Chairman do desire the Member to bring up the same, whereupon it shall be read a First Time without Question put, but no Clause shall be offered on consideration of Report or Third reading without notice.
