1854 — 19th July That in going through a Bill no Questions shall be put for the filling up words already printed in italics, and commonly called blanks, unless exception be taken thereto; and if no alterations have been made in the words so printed in italics, the Bill shall be reported without Amendments, unless other Amendments have been made thereto.
