if the day to which the House stands adjourned is a Wednesday, notices of questions for oral answer on that Wednesday shall not be received later than half-past four o'clock on the preceding Friday; and notices of questions for oral answer on the Thursday following shall not be received later than half-past four o'clock on the preceding Monday;
