On a half day so allotted, when the business of supply shall stand as first order, no business other than the business of supply shall be taken before seven of the clock unless the House otherwise order on the motion of a Minister of the Crown made after notice at the commencement of public business to be decided without amendment or debate, and no business of supply shall be taken after seven of the clock.
