1971 — 21st January For the purposes of this order the expression " dilatory motion " shall include a motion for the adjournment of a debate, or of the House, during any debate, or that the Chairman do report progress or do leave the Chair, or that further consideration of the bill be now adjourned, or that further consideration of the Lords amendments be now adjourned.
